They dont respect their tenants - will evict if you don't fall in line
November 4, 2024Their maitnence sucks, never responds to issues and if they do respond they half do anything. the office staff are rude to EVERYONE. and god forbid you push back on any of their nickle and diming fees or they will retaliate by eviciting you.Property Manager Responded

Terrible Do not fall for the bait and switch
August 30, 2024They show you a great apartment that u can not rent and give you an apartment that is not upgrade and leaks in 3 spots. Maintenance is non existence. June 21, 2022Aside from the dated appliances, horrible parking, the outsourced laundry (that you're responsible for contacting for repairs), and lackluster amenities (that are often closed down or missing vital components), the office staff and maintenance crew are about as useful as lead swim trunks. The office will send out mass email to tell you that building X is getting power washed, but you won't hear anything about any repairs you need unless you call them (forget the contact mail on the rental portal. ...They won't respond). Then you get to hear how they're looking into updates, waiting on parts, or just got a corporate ok to replace things, but they don't know when that will be (expect another month). If you are forced to move here, I hope you like 90+ degree living spaces because it will take them all summer to get to repair your AC and it will be broken again by spring.Property Manager Responded

November 22, 2021Terrible management crew, I’ve called numerous times about the water leaking from the seals of my shower, the new windows they’ve installed are allowing water to get inside the apartment. My dishwasher has completely stopped working. Management gives you the runaround, I’ve put in numerous work orders. there’s a 2inch gap from the hallway into my apartment where my front door is. There’s trash everywhere, the bushes outside are overgrown onto the sidewalk. There’s never any parking,I can’t use my ...fireplace due to management not wanting to hire a professional to clean out their chimneys. AC / HEAT doesn’t work, had to call numerously still was given the runaround. I had to buy a 600$ window AC to cool down a 700ish sq ft apartment. RUN from these apartments, they’re charging too much for under quality apartments. I would rather live in my car then these apartments again.Property Manager Responded

Turn yourself around and run away

March 31, 2020I placed a work order at the Main office in the being of November for a broken patio door (which does not close all the way, imagine how cold that made the living room through the winter), mold growing in the 2nd bedroom, the dishwasher that keeps backing up with sewage water ( I have to continually dump bleach in just to control the smell in the apartment). I have also asked for a working blind for the master bedroom since the day I moved in. In January, I received a call from the office asking ...me how the maintenance team did on my repairs. When I explain no one has been in yet, I was told my work order was moved up to emergency status and they were assigned the tasks to someone else. Every time, I go into the office and ask about the status of my work order, re-explaining and how long I have waited. I am told the same thing every time. We will look into it and get back to you. There is garbage and dog poop everywhere. Not sure how they expect the children in the complex to be able to run around and play safely. Not worth it
October 25, 2018Heat barely works, all cupboards and doors barely work; apartment complex always has trash everywhere and has a lot of drugs in community.
