It’s very Good neighborhood and locality’s but this year we faced so many maintenance issues. Some of them resolved quickly but few are still pending

The staff was very friendly. The apartment is nice but would like better lighting and nicer counter tops in the bathrooms. I enjoy the mature trees and landscaping.

Mr. Duffie, the manager in charge of new tenants is just outstanding. He makes you feel really at home. The property is beautiful and the apartment is spacious and elegant.
I have been looking for a while and I made the best decision. This is the place to live in Germantown. I recommend this property.

Tori at leasing office is horrible

I'm current tenant, I called leasing office and ask about routine questions, Tori who says she only works weekends repeatedly gave me false information, which was told to me by regular weekday staff. I'm sorry, I didn't know Tori was so grossly incompetent, I guess this is just a way for her to make money, because she's part time, she doesn't care to really learn how to do the job.
She is also rude and condescending, on the phone she says over and over that she cannot hear me, even after I put ...
my mouth close to the phone, and also no one else has had that problem at the leasing office. Is this her way to refuse to answer my question lol pretending to not hear.
When I told her she can see my phone number in the system, which she is already logged into, she yelled, "You want me to look for your phone number" HELLO You are already logged into the system so my phone number is RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU. It's funny how she turns the table on the tenant to cover up her incompetence and ignorance (she doesn't know how to use the very basic system to look up my phone number, so she try to make me look bad, pathetic.

Came and looked at an apartment and the young man that dealt with me was so rude. He was acting like he was in such a hurry and kept looking at his phone. When I asked him questions about the facility he was very short. We went down the street.
