It’s Home!
July 23, 2025The staff is like family, from the office to maintenance. Grounds are kept up! At least two times a week we go in, for a cold drink & snack! The pool is kept clean and you can grab a bag of fresh popcorn on your way out to the pool! It’s 5-star here, truly!Property Manager Responded

Could be beautiful place to live
November 1, 2024Great amenities, however apartments have some work to become luxury living. Moved into apartment with dingy carpets and in fortunately after multiple cleanings the stains reappear. Now I’m stuck with huge black stains in living room from previous tenant and pedcor will not replace the carpet for me. I planned to be here for years. UnfortunateProperty Manager Responded

Rude front office
August 25, 2023I arrived to tour an apartment, when I walked in the office lady did not speak. I asked if I can view an apartment she said “I need to finish what’s at my desk you can have a seat” without even glaring at me. February 9, 2023As a long time resident I certainly have seen us go through some changes. I have to say Pedcor has done an amazing job! Our staff is better trained than they ever have been before, they said they were going to make changes and to give them time, they have done an outstanding job of holding true to their promises. We were getting in pretty rough shape and honestly I didn't know if I was going to stay but then I thought I would go ahead and give them a chance and I am so happy that I did! My main ...contacts are Mikayla, AL and Ricky. Mikaela is so on the spot! Warm welcoming, prompt responses and exactly anyone would want when contacting the office! Al is always there when needed for maintenance! He has been here for years and it is so nice to know I can always depend on him! Please he is maintenance supervisor now. Ricky has done a fabulous job keeping up with grounds and maintenance. And I am so happy to hear been promoted to maintenance tech! Keep up the good work! Never miss a beat!
January 31, 2021Lived in our first home here for almost two years. The property staff are always on top of the community events and keeping us informed with important information. Maintenance is timely and respectful and the community is Family and dog friendly with 4 dog parks, even if you do not own a pup, you can still enjoy seeing other furry friends. Our experience was a wonderful experience in our first home, with a shift in property managers and staff we have had the most wonderful stay. We will sorely ...miss calling the Grove home. Tucked away in Guilford County with a rural landscape and beautiful scenery. August 8, 2020I am absolutely in love with place, I moved in 3 weeks ago. From the moment I pulled in to tour, paperwork, to move-in both Abby and Kayuana provided stellar customer service! Each question I had they answered fully with a smile and were very helpful. They truly went above and beyond! I had been searching for weeks and this place is not just an apartment it is my luxury apartment home. My apartment is gorgeous, the dog parks are great, the pool is magnificent, the grilling areas, hammock ...park, tanning bed, and fitness center really make living here feel like being at a resort!
