Aside from the concerns regarding security and cleaning (particularly in the community areas and laundry room), I think the current administration has been working hard to make many positive changes throughout the community, which I really appreciate.
It would be great to see more effort and improvement in the area of security. That is the main reason I would rate my overall experience a 6.
