    I’m not sure where to begin. Getting into the complex was so much stress on me. I had two different people send me two different lease information with two different amounts. Paid the lager of the two. First night here the facet for the tub flew off the wall at me,(fixed the next day), the next following night was awoken by water all in the dinner room from the water heater, they shut off the water heater that night (I had to clean up the mess from the water heater) two days later they had a big ...
    fan and a dehumidifier put in My apartment for three days straight, they fixed the water heater a few days later, they put a hole in my wall and did a crappy patch job, the hall bath had no hot water for 2 weeks before someone actually fixed it, the washer didn’t work. The dishwasher didn’t work, we had a leak under the kitchen sink, the ice maker in the fridge never worked, and from 0600 am to about 2400 it’s so loud above us it’s hard to sleep and I get up 5-6 days a week at 0400 for work. When you call the office it takes forever to get someone. I cannot log into my portal at all. The gym is always locked (can’t get it) took almost 2 weeks to get the mailbox keys. There’s a smell coming from above us that is absolutely disgusting. The pool hasn’t been open once since I have been living here. I’m highly upset with my first three weeks here. I wasn't going go leave a review but everything has been piling up. After three weeks no peace at all. So unhappy about this move. I looked forward to this place and now I’m not happy at all.

    The leasing literally makes the experience here 100 times worse. The manager’s attitude sucks, and they are never on one accord. The complex is riddled with stray cats and they continuously tear through your trash (that valet is supposed to get but that’s only when they feel like it of course) & leave a big mess to clean. The property is not secured nor is the mail room, and that’s why packages get stolen. Always expect little to no response with any issue you are having. They even lied to a ...
    detective about a stolen package case, (which the detective confirmed) so understand they are not above lying. They also don’t mind switching you to a different unit after one has been solidified if you haven’t moved in yet. The maintenance issues is a whole other problem. The maintenance staff is decent, but a lot of things in the unit seem looked over and it’s been a lot of unnecessary inconveniences. Aside from extremely clogged and dirty drains, the toilets randomly (nothing clogging) overflowed twice and the water soaked through to our bedroom. The first time I was told it wasn’t an emergency as if the water wasn’t literally flooding the bathroom; so I had to use my own towels, blankets, etc. which of course had to be thrown away. The window seals CONSTANTLY produce mold because there are so many openings and cracks that need to be filled, they just aren’t. It’s so many other things, I’m not sure if they’re just cheap, don’t care or what; but they seem to be more concerned with the landscaping to make it “look” good. 0/10 !

    I would say the leasing staff is very professional. The apartment itself is fully upgraded. Move in was really easy. They are updating the property also is a plus (ie roofing and resurfacing the roads). The grounds are clean. Neighbors are respectful and very friendly. I love the resort style of the pool. The lake is beautiful and well maintenance also. Highly recommend this property.

    Hello i recently applied for this apartment. Khia the employee who helped me was very nice and answered all my questions. However, if she wasn't in the office the phone never got answered. One day i was in following up on my application process and called the office while sitting in the office and seen the two employees one who was with someone couldn't, but the other employee said out loud "they would be okay they will call back." Seriously Well, it took two weeks after I first applied to hear ...

I paid $600 for application processing and deposit I was told that I would receive for $300 of the $600. Here it is going on 45 days later and still I have yet to receive a refund, or I called over fifty times and took off my job more than several times to only discover that the office is closed each time I went. I'm a bit concern are you guys running a business or a Burger King where the employees get to have it their way This is ridiculous. I will keep writing reviews until something changes. I hate an embellishment that shows a like a care for people.

    The Oxford’s have went down a lot since greystar has taken over. I’ve been a resident for years and I’m not pleased at all! Higher rates and nothing back in return but minor changes to our community! It’s seem like with the new projects that they are try to do here, the more they find reason to penalize residents!

    Lack of concern for resident concerns. Poor communication and clarification outside of mass emails sent to residents. I don’t feel management would even care or do anything about my concerns since I tried in the office and I was cut off by an associate to ask a question to a fellow co worker. My experience here is less than satisfactory, however, inflation and technicalities have me locked in a lease.
