The lady in the front office, the manager is so sweet. In the very few times we had a minor maintenance request, Tina the office manager, and the maintenance staff have always worked quickly and efficiently. In the years we have lived at this community we have not had any issues. It is a great location for my family, and not to mention we have some great neighbors as well! Horrible Living Experience
September 19, 2019 - Review from Apartments.comWe had a horrible experience. We had cockroaches and spiders all over the apartment from Day 1 to the time we left. Pest control would come out but it didn't help. The apartment was so old that the bugs were coming out from under the wooden staircase. I will never live there again. It was the worst living experience I have ever had.

The apartments are town house style with lots of room. Tina is fabulous and so helpful. The staff is super friendly and it is a quite safe apartment complex.

First and foremost, the management and maintenance team are top notch! Responses are prompt, and I haven't had a bad experience in the 5 years I've liven in the complex. I cannot speak highly enough of Tina as a property manager.

They are right by GA Hwy 1, so getting around/out of town is very convenient. The management is polite and always willing to help. It is right next to a wooded are, so pests can be a problem, but they have service for that.
