Well Managed Property
November 16, 2023Read a few negative reviews about the property and I felt it needs an updated review. I have had nothing but a pleasant experience with this property. New Management has recently taken over as well as the maitnence staff and immediately have seen repairs and positive things happening to better the living here. Very conveniently located close to Texas A&M as well as the high school and elementary school. Spacious 2 Bedrooms will full sized kitchens. Dylan with maitnence has been more than amazing ...with prompt response times to any repairs that have been needed as well. April 29, 2023Trash is always everywhere, management sucks , rails are loose and look as so the wood is separating from the apartment, wind and water get into the apartment bc of how much space is i between the door . all doors fell off the hinges very easily, walls are paper thin dishwasher was so dirty i couldn’t even use it maintenance will come into your home even when your not present i do not recommend these apartments.Property Manager Responded
