    Avoid this house, they are unreliable. Agent collected our money, security deposit and then changed our apartment and was pressuring us to sign the lease without physical inspection. Avoid renting a place here, they do not vare about their residents.

    Read a few negative reviews about the property and I felt it needs an updated review. I have had nothing but a pleasant experience with this property. New Management has recently taken over as well as the maitnence staff and immediately have seen repairs and positive things happening to better the living here. Very conveniently located close to Texas A&M as well as the high school and elementary school. Spacious 2 Bedrooms will full sized kitchens. Dylan with maitnence has been more than amazing ...
    with prompt response times to any repairs that have been needed as well. If you’re looking for a place to live come check them out.

    Trash is always everywhere, management sucks , rails are loose and look as so the wood is separating from the apartment, wind and water get into the apartment bc of how much space is i between the door . all doors fell off the hinges very easily, walls are paper thin dishwasher was so dirty i couldn’t even use it maintenance will come into your home even when your not present i do not recommend these apartments.

    Apartments haven’t been updated at all… the painting job is horrible… and the manager/management does literally nothing about residents littering… no dumpers big enough for all the residents… there’s always trash everywhere.
