There is trash everywhere and stays for days. The pools are not clear and in my opinion unusable. The gate stays broken so it is not a gated community. Front office staff is not responsive. The apartment is nice and comfortable.

Staff are wonderful and extremely helpful. Only about 6 or 7 for about 350 tennants. They do an amazing job with what they have. I wish someone higher up would provide them with more assistance. My first impression is that the high up management that is not even located in this state doesnt even visit or care whats going on, just as long as money comes in. If this place wants more people then they should update to 2020 instead of 1990 This place looks like it is over 30 years old. Who does shag ...
