January 27, 2026I absolutely love living here and my apartment is the best! Love the view I have and looking forward to summer when the pool opens. If I have one negative, it's the parking. There is very limited parking close to my apartment and sometimes, I leave way early and have to walk a distance to my car!Property Manager Responded

October 27, 2025I love my apartment?? love the grounds, they are so pretty. I love the mature trees the landscaping. I love that their sidewalks everywhere. I’m really enjoying the pet park. I’m excited for summer because they’re a barbecue grills all around me. The pool area looks gorgeous. Can’t wait to use it in the summer. i’ve met a few neighbors already after only two days. They all seem very friendly. October 9, 2025Overall, I’ve had a good experience living at The Grove at Waterford Crossing. Maintenance requests are handled fairly quickly, and the grounds are kept nice.
