For the first time people in the office and maintain actually care. Manukea and Jenny I met them yesterday during inspection because a friend of mine was afraid to be in her apartment alone because of prior inspection with Kelly and 5 or 6 other people Kelly had with her. I witness at first hand how the new team actually cares and communication and listening skills was off the chart. You have a good team. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking to move here. I have lived here since 2021. No complaints as of now. New management is best we have had so far. Only thing I have seen that I don't like is the new lease stating charged daily on late fees other then that amazing place. It's hard for people with children that live check by check let alone charging daily late fees. Management gets back right back to you so. 5stars for that because no management does that
