Refused to replace the floor in the kitchen unless I moved all of my furniture. Unfortunately I travel for my career so not possible unless someone was hired to do it. They refused to pay. Poor management overall. Fantastic maintenance team though! I have to say anything the management team would actually approve those guys are on it same day. Nice guys!

Great neighborhood and seems quiet. It is kept pretty clean. There is a lot of parking spaces. The clubhouse and pool areas are always kept clean.

It has been great! All the staff is friendly and helpful. If there is an issue in the apartment maintenance gets to it in a timely manner. No major complaints, it’s apartment living so there will be noise if you live on the first floor!
