They are Very well built (great insulation for the cold winter and hot summers) and in a perfect location with easy access to everything that Bettendorf has to offer. I really liked how spacious the 1 bedrooms were and loved the big kitchen! It is also a huge plus having all the utilities included in the rent.. even internet!! But, the best part about these apartments is the management! Deb is an all star! She is always around to answer questions and make sure ...

The Groves on Devils Glen is the best apartment living in the Quad Cities. I have lived in almost every apartment complex in Bettendorf and in the surrounding areas and nothing has compared to living here. These are brand new construction, very clean, updated in the heart of Bettendorf and easy access to everything. They are close to the popular schools in Bettendorf. Bike path is located right across the street which made it convenient to exercise. Commuting to Illinois for work was very ...
easy with the I74 interstate down the road. The new Sports Plex was very close by which is great for singles or families. Great community if you were single or had a family with the safe community. All my neighbors were very friendly and always said Hi to me. Full size washer and dryer was convenient and saved on costs. I had an attached garage and loved it, made it very easy to unload the car and will be nice for the winter. The garage was large enough to put my full size car, treadmill, and 5 large totes and still had additional room. The kitchen was very large with lots of cabinet space and large working areas on the countertops. It came with free internet which was very helpful on not having to deal with Mediacom and saved on costs. When they quote you a price it's truly what you get with no additional surprises. Compared to the other properties locally that bring you in at low rates and add on mandatory charges for internet and cable and water costs afterwards. I was truly impressed and blown away by what you got for the rent. No other property in the area has what The Groves have in terms of price and style. The apartment manager was so friendly, nice, and easily accessible. I have never had a property manager be so prompt or on top of things. I had a great living experience there. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to rent anywhere in the Quad Cities!
