The Guild is in a wonderful location in downtown Eau Claire with great views of the river. The apartments have everything and in all new condition! The apartments are also styled differently than any other place I have ever lived. Very refreshing.

I have lived at the Guild for a year now and I wouldn’t live at any other apartment complex. Management is on site and ready to listen and react to your questions and issues. These units are really quite, I do not hear my neighbors at all. Everyone I’ve met is friendly. There are onsite, inside storage units which are clean, dry and pest free. The garage is clean and easy to park. When someone looks at the price per month, they must remember what is included in the monthly rent - included is ...
