  • Moving experience

    My family originally moved from Cortland Fossil Creek to Cortland Riverside and that transition was very smooth. After living in one of the Villas which are amazing we’re looking to downgrade within the community and Rahni made it possible for us to move in 30 days which is awesome. We’re excited for our move in less than two weeks and have enjoyed the friends we made here and will continue to enjoy this wonderful community.

  • Amazing comfort

    I've lived here for over 2 years and honestly couldn't be happier. The staff is incredible, the amenities are great, and the place is well maintained. I've always felt very safe here, and if ever I had an issue, it's been taken care of immediately. I recently had surgery and , since I live alone, the staff reached out and assisted me with whatever I needed. It is a bit pricey, but for what you get, it's worth it. 10/10

  • Obsessed!

    I love my home at Cortland Riverside so much. I have lived here for a little less than 3 years now and it has been nothing but a great experience. The community is always kept so nice and clean. The amenities are fantastic, especially the pool in the summer time. It's my daughters favorite thing there! Also, Julie and Rahni are the best. They're both always so willing to help with anything that might be needed. 10 starts to Cortland Riverside. I cannot recommend this place enough.

  • Excellent place to live!

    Everything is excellent about this community. The management and maintenance staff are outstanding, the grounds are well maintained, and it is conveniently located to major highways, but still far enough away to not worry about major traffic. I love the 24/7 fitness center, the resort-style pool, and being right next to the golf course. There is a beautiful clubhouse and a great dog park as well. I love everything about living at Cortland Riverside!

  • Great place to live!

    I am so happy that we moved into this complex. It is clean and quiet, and has really good amenities; truly feels like a resort! Great for dogs as there is a nice dog park and waste stations literally everywhere. The staff are amazing and very accommodating! Shoutout to Rahni!

    Riverside is quiet, clean and the staff are respectful. They are dog friendly with doggie stations everywhere. There is a dog park and plenty of places for your furry friend to go.
