January 13, 2026The apartments are nicer than any other apartments around here. There are great amenities and events; however, if you are a person who works a normal schedule, many of the day events and a few of the amenities (like the coffee machine and virtual gym) are not often accessible when you want to use them. Getting maintenance requests handled is nearly impossible. The office staff are nice for the most part but cannot answer most simple questions without having to redirect them to someone else. I ...will say that the ladies who clean around the apartments are always very nice and happy. The concierge feel less like they are here to assist you and are more here to monitor you or step over their roles and try to act as administrators. January 6, 2026We have loved living at The Hamilton for the most part; however, the management here is lacking. To start, they are not very good at communicating. There have been several issues my husband and I have dealt with here in which it took weeks of reaching out to get a response. In addition to the communication issue, it seems to quite a few residents (other than my husband and I) that there seems to be preferential treatment. For some reason, The Hamilton management is rigid about their balcony ...restrictions; we got a call about “trash” being on our balcony and that was against our lease agreement. However, all we had on our balcony was a pair of shoes and a toy. Meanwhile, multiple balconies on the front of the building are engulfed in plants, towels on the rails, bikes, etc. This is a beautiful apartment complex, but I don’t know if it’s worth the less than attentive management staff (except when they want to charge you).Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

January 3, 2026The Hamilton is still the best aparyment complex in Hot Springs, Arkansas. The amenities, seasonal lobby decorations and activities are second to none! I have noticed, however, that stairwells and windows, walls and carpet in stairwell are not consistently as clean as they once were. Sometimes it smells like a wet dog in the stairwell and paw prints everywhere. I don't blame maintenance as much as the inconsiderate pet owners. Nonetheless, it's still better than most and clean enough.Review from Apartments.com
