March 14, 2026Overall living here is good! I wish there were more things to do outside, maybe a community garden or playground for kids. There are LOTS of kiddos here and nothing for them to do. The elevator situation is annoying, if you have to use the elevator before 8:00am or after 10:00pm you have to walk all the way around the apartments to get there since the clubhouse is closed. January 13, 2026The apartments are nicer than any other apartments around here. There are great amenities and events; however, if you are a person who works a normal schedule, many of the day events and a few of the amenities (like the coffee machine and virtual gym) are not often accessible when you want to use them. Getting maintenance requests handled is nearly impossible. The office staff are nice for the most part but cannot answer most simple questions without having to redirect them to someone else. I ...will say that the ladies who clean around the apartments are always very nice and happy. The concierge feel less like they are here to assist you and are more here to monitor you or step over their roles and try to act as administrators. I know that a lot of people live here, but if the office staff could be more attentive when you bring up concerns with them, then things could improve substantially.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
