June 4, 2025Obsessed with my new apartment at Hume House! I love my spacious closet and the amenities are great. I've only been here three days and I've already met so many of the other residents which is huge for me since finding a friendly community is high on my list of priorities. :) And of course, we can't forget Hume's AMAZING location in Germantown. May 3, 2025Love the apartment and the people who work in the community. I like the layout of the facility and the tall doors and ceilings. I also like that the parking is on the same floor and indoor/outdoor. March 30, 2025Move in was mostly good. However, I did show up and my apartment was not cleaned and missing the washer/dryer and dish washer. I let the leasing office know and they had my appliances and the apartment cleaned in a few hours!Property Manager Responded
