October 18, 2025Only complaints that I have are that sometimes I can hear my neighbors stomping around or dogs, barking or loud music/conversations and the gym is missing some basic gym equipment like a leg press and a a lat pulldown machine. I really like that my last apartment had a residence only WhatsApp group chat.Property Manager Responded

June 4, 2025Obsessed with my new apartment at Hume House! I love my spacious closet and the amenities are great. I've only been here three days and I've already met so many of the other residents which is huge for me since finding a friendly community is high on my list of priorities. :) And of course, we can't forget Hume's AMAZING location in Germantown.
