In the past year our rent increased by 12%, we have a rodent living in our wall and we’re told they can’t do anything about it because they can’t find the hole, there are now roaches, and it costs a ridiculous amount to be able to heat our apartment because of poor insulation and cracks in doors and windows. It also took a month to fix a giant hole in our ceiling
