  • Crying babies who don’t even live here.

    February 12, 2020
    If you are thinking of moving here, think again. The walls are paper thin and quiet enjoyment of your home is not a priority. I have a neighbor who thinks it is a good idea to babysit her crying screaming grandchild every day. In spite of the fact that I live here and the baby does not, I am the one who must move out. If you like noise, this is the place for you.

  • Poor pet policy

    March 24, 2019
    Exterior and interior issues continue to be a problem in units and common areas. There are broken fences, doors, windows, cheap molding/painting and the time it takes to fix is simply not acceptable. Pet policy is not as advertised as pets are not allowed in two of the nicest buildings in the complex. In todays day in age not allowing pets is unreasonable as a resident of the community. Overall experience has been mediocre and not satisfied with management/property maintenance.
