First, the outside of the property looks brand new and very well upkept. The one bedroom/one bath is spacious and a perfect size for me! Also, Johanna was so nice, and helpful when telling me exact amounts, and all of the information needed at the time of move-in, etc. which is something you don’t get much. Having a good office manager is also a key to a good apartment experience.

I went from house for over 15 years never had bug problem to this apartment and had bugs from day one. we got out as soon as we could which was longer than we wanted. They did send pest control by about 1 every 16 weeks or so which is not near enough if you already have a problem. When we moved we only took want we had to have all food and kitchen items had to go to the trash. When I talked to other in the complex most ahd the same problem with roaches some even had bedbugs in other ...

I HIGHLY DO NOT recommend the Hamlins Cedar Creek Apartments!! Between the horrible management and the clueless maintaince. If you need any type of service done to your apartment it takes several weeks to be done. The management has also decided to adopt new rules and regulations that have contradicted everything else they have put in place since we moved in. They are the worst of the worst. If I could leave less than a star I would!
