I was the very first resident at The Hammocks 7 years ago. Angel and Mike Lynch are the managers and they do a GREAT job! Everything here is quality. I am on the first floor and have a 2 bedroom/2bathroom apartment. The layout is super and there is not one step in the whole apartment. There is an attached garage, so all I have to do is drive in and walk a few steps to my apartment. No slipping and sliding in the winter and no danger in falling. I moved here a short time ago, and I am loving it! Big garage(plenty of storage space) Very nice neighbors. Love that it is Non-Smoking. The courtyard is awesome, has a fire pit to relax at. Tera and Angel are great and I love that Angel lives here. That was actually a selling point for me. Oh, and I love watching the 10 deer roam the area. Very good choice for me!

My boyfriend and I moved all the way to Geneseo from Dallas Texas. We were looking for a place where we can feel safe, and where our lovely animals were welcomed. Let me tell you, the Hammocks offered that plus more than we could've ever imagined! What really sold me to this place was the AMAZING staff. Angel is whom I spoke to regarding the prices and questions about this complex, and she was more than helpful. She gave me every piece of information that I needed to know. Couldn't be happier ...

with the outcome. All units come with a garage, and trash/recycling bins that get picked up from the trash-men every week. The snow is always thoroughly plowed in our drive ways, and the maintenance guys are very quick to come; even after hours. Angel and Tera really care about everyone here and their happiness or concerns. These are more than apartments, these are HOMES. Very quiet complex with super sweet neighbors. Fire-pit in the fall is amazing, I could go on and on. You definitely get more than what you pay for here at The Hammocks at Geneseo.

They make you feel at home the first time you meet them. You've got a problem, they fix it as soon as possible. The Hammocks offer an array of different apartment options and each one is beautifully modern and well attended to. I know that when I leave for college, my mom is in a safe and friendly neighborhood surrounded by people who care about her and her wellbeing, and that's what really counts. There is nothing more comforting than getting a call from her after a nasty New York winter storm and hearing that her driveway has been plowed and her sidewalks shoveled. It may seem small, but those are the little details that everyone over at the Hammocks NEVER overlook, and it's that sort of excellent, thoughtful service that you can expect! I googled apartments in the area and was so happy when I found the Hammocks, right from the start I new this is where I wanted my family. Some of the positives about renting here are: 1) the buildings are new and the units are fairly spacious 2) the units come with private garage (1 car) and driveway (2 cars) 3) leasing office staffs that are quick to respond to maintenance or other requests 4) accessible lounge, office, and fitness area in the leasing office 5) respectful neighbors 6) for the most part, it feels like you ...

Thank you so much for your honest review. We want to make sure people looking to rent understand all aspects of living in an apartment. Unfortunately, apartment living does limit some of the quiet freedoms that home living offers. With specific rules in the town, it limits us as well! We wish we could provide you with a pool and tennis courts, but sadly none of the apartment complexes in Geneseo have these features. On the other hand, if you are used to being in an apartment, The Hammocks at Geneseo is the best you can get. With spacious floor plans and garage spaces, as you mentioned, being two of our favorite aspects of our beautiful apartment complex. As we are still in construction, we do not have any sidewalks attached to our shopping centers YET, but the great news is that they are on the way!! :) Also, please come down to the Clubhouse to sign our petition to have a sidewalk put it on Volunteer Road. We are bringing it to the town as soon as the weather gets nice in ...
