Very Unprofessional…Don’t trust them!

I had an appointment at 1:30 on 01/02/2022 for a tour of the 2br/2ba model as one was available mid-March. While getting ready to leave for my appointment I received a text from Aubrey stating they just rented the upcoming vacant apartment right out from under me. This is from a company who texted me THREE times the day before and day of the scheduled walkthrough to ensure I would be there. Not a hint of them showing the apartment to another interested prospective tenant. Totally unprofessional ...
and lacking human decency. If they treat prospective tenants this way imagine how they treat you once you are locked into contract. Pause and think about that prior to applying.

This place is very nice. Just realize that you will have to pay for your own utilities on top of your monthly rent. Electric and Gas. although WiFi and the laundry usage is included in the rent.

I’m a LECOM medical student and I’ve been living at the Hammocks for almost a year and it has been the best apartment I’ve lived in so far in my 20’s. Everything is super new, clean, and spacious and the amenities are great. Love the clubhouse, pool, fire pit...so many great perks of living here. Also the staff is super responsive and will do everything they can to assist you and in a timely manner. And I love that they allow pets!

I have lived at the Hammocks for one year now and I am so impressed by everything about this complex! The staff is very accomidating and will answer any questions that are asked in a timely manor. The apartments are beautifully set up and very modern. Onsite pool, movie theater, gym, and community center are perfect for gatherings and just a relaxing afternoon. Wonderful place to live in Erie

When I knew I was moving to Erie I wanted an apartment that felt like a home, not just a temporary place. I got that at The Hammocks at Millcreek. The apartments are new, updated and very comfortable. It is surrounded by trees so you feel like you are in your own little neighborhood, not right there in the midst of everything. needed. There is a little park across the street we take our dog to play at. The staff here are so friendly. There are several community activities that we do, including a holiday party and a summer pool party. The clubhouse is cozy and available for rent for parties. There is a firepit (my favourite!) that you can just sit at. Some of the apartments (mine included) you can see Lake Erie from your balcony, albeit from a distance. I just love it here and would recommend it for anyone. We have everything from families to students (a lot of medical students house here as the medical school is just down the street). Unfamiliar with Erie area prior to moving to the community in September 2017. Quick and easy application process that I was able to do over the phone with the help of Jamie and management. Moved into a great apartment and the staff has been amazing. Very hospitable, welcoming and clean community. Moving to the Hammocks is not a decision you will regret. Have been all over Erie and this is easily the best community by far!

My fiancé and I moved into the Hammocks only back in August of 2017, and in that short time The Hammocks have given us the chance to turn our apartment into a home! The Hammocks are amazing at creating a sense of community and the whole staff warmly welcomes you into that community the minute you meet them. We wouldn't want to live anywhere else! The amenities The Hammocks offer are just the cherry on top of everything else! Definitely check them out!
