My wife and I had a wonderful experience living at Hampton at Coral Ridge. We called it home for four years with our beloved dog, Kenia, and we truly would have continued living there if we hadn’t needed to move out of state for a new job.
From the very beginning, our experience was excellent. We received an immaculate apartment in great condition, and everything was exactly as described and discussed with us before signing the lease. Throughout our four years there, we very rarely experienced ...
any maintenance issues. Whenever something did come up, submitting a request through the convenient resident portal was extremely easy, and the maintenance team was always responsive and took care of things promptly.
The location is another huge advantage. There are nearby bus stops serving several routes, including the 21, 23, 24, and 25, and the property is conveniently located close to Coral Ridge Mall, Hy-Vee, restaurants, and other shops. At the same time, the community has plenty of green space and feels peaceful and comfortable. We especially appreciated the dog park, which Kenia absolutely loved! We also enjoyed using the outdoor grill and fitness center.
We felt the rent was very reasonable considering the location, amenities, quality of the apartment, and overall experience.
Most importantly, what truly made Hampton at Coral Ridge special was the people. Michelle, Tonya, and Corey were absolutely wonderful throughout our time there. They were always kind, thoughtful, welcoming, and genuinely willing to help whenever we needed anything. They also regularly organized fun events, activities, and treats for residents, which created a real sense of community and made living there feel even more like home.
We have so many wonderful memories from our four years at Hampton at Coral Ridge, and it will always hold a special place in our hearts. We are very grateful for our time there and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-maintained, pet-friendly, conveniently located community with a truly caring staff. If circumstances had not required us to move out of state, we would have happily stayed much longer!
