Kind and accommodating staff, beautiful units!
August 19, 2025We moved in around a month ago from out of state, sight unseen, and we could not be happier with having chosen the Hampton at Coral Ridge as our new home! It is very pretty here, the grounds are well kept, the fitness center is very clean with lots of equipment options, the playground is great, and the units themselves are really clean, pretty, and up to date and modern. The staff has been very accommodating to us throughout our move, getting back to us promptly, assisting us with any questions ...or requests we have had since moving in. Amazing Complex!!
February 6, 2025My wife and I lived here for two years in an 2 bed 1 bath and it was by far one of the best apartments we’ve ever rented. Not only was the price excellent for the space we got but the staff was always so responsive, respectful, and constantly went above and beyond what was asked of them each time. We went on to purchase a home, but even with such amazing news part of me didn’t want to leave. To this day I still stop by to say hello to the staff!Property Manager Responded

LOVE living here!
June 7, 2022This is my first place with my boyfriend and we love it. The townhome layout makes it feel like we have a little home and we’ve made it ours! Michelle and Ron are great- I feel very valued here. Maintenance requests are completed immediately by Ron, and Michelle is always there to help and answer any questions I may have. HCR is very pet friendly and I love utilizing the gym! My dog loves visiting the front office and greeting everyone. The area is very quiet and everyone is very friendly. I love ...being so close to the mall and restaurants as well. On nice days, everything is just a walk away. During the winter the parking lots are taken care of and they provide a bucket of ice melt at every door. I couldn’t recommend HCR enough!Property Manager Responded
