Overpriced with thin walls
November 8, 2023While the Hamptons looks nice on the outside once you live there for a few months you see what it is. First off the rent prices are astronomical. They raise the rent by crazy amounts at the end of every lease. Next the walls and floors are so thin. There is some expectation of hearing other people in an apartment complex but you really hear everything. Next the maintenance staff will ignore your issues. When our washer broke they came and told us to “try running it again” without even looking at ...it. They never came to fix it after that first visit so we had to fix it ourselves. The property owners are tough to deal with and will squeeze every penny that they can out of you when you try to move out. Stay away from the Hamptons.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Place sucks!
September 2, 2022If I could give this place a zero I would. Absolutely the most unqualified staff ever. The maintenance man is clueless and the office staff is completely incompetent. They will lie to you in a heartbeat and have ways to squeeze every penny out of you at move out. They advertise as a gated and secure community and 90% of the time the gate is either broken or the front doors are. I wouldn’t recommend for my worst enemy! Good luck if this is what you choose.
