Lived here almost three years but new management took over in early 2021 and everything has gone downhill except the prices (my rent increased 34% year over year). I agree with the current reviewer completely. The lights outdoors are never fixed, their pet area always has things out of order, any maintenance is a bandaid, and they’ll close out your maintenance requests without completing them so you’ll have to constantly call to get anything addressed. I also have a pest issue that has not been ...
resolved. Just don’t; they’ll get you with the nice appearances but it’s SO not worth what they’re charging now.

I have lived here for more than a year, and when the recent owners took over, this property has gone down hill and the new management could care less. The leasing office is beautifully landscaped but the living areas are horrible, with dead, rotting animals, rat droppings everywhere, trash sits outside for days and causes a stench in the air, and most of the lights on the property there to protect you and make you feel safe are not working and have not worked for months, no matter how many times ...

I called to talk to them about apartments available and they were extremely rude and did not really want to answer questions and hung up as soon as they could. Not friendly staff at all. Do not trust them to fix anything or provide service if you ever move in and need help

I have lived at other apartment communities and this one is by far the best. This is a newer community and the apartments are modern and fresh. The grounds are beautiful and well kept and staff is professional and very helpful.

Me and my roommate have had nothing but horrible experiences ever since we moved in. We had been living here for less than three months when maintenance decided to come in multiple times unannounced for no major reason what so ever. They even let a man into our apartment. Being two younger girls it makes us extremely uncomfortable and nervous in our own place. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I live at The Hampton's at Palm Beach Gardens. This is a lovely apartment home. We are near the Gardens mall and all the best stores, restaurants and beaches. This complex is at the north end of Palm Beach Gardens, it is located in a quiet area of town yet five minutes drive to everything. The grounds are beautifully manicured, the pool is perfect and always clean. There is a very nice gym, movie theater, pool table and clubhouse lounge area and a coffee bar with internet in the clubhouse ...
and pool area. There is a play area for young children. The staff is professional and very accommodating. We have valet trash pick up Sunday through Thursday. This is a very nice complex. I have already renewed my lease for another year.

The Hamptons at Palm Beach Gardens is a beautiful place to live ! The apartments are well appointed and the amenities are wonderful but most of all and what I find as a single mom with two small children most important is that the maintenance staff headed up by Tony and Fernando is amazing. The Hamptons have residents enter their service requests on line . Tony and Fernando answer the requests almost immediately and with a smile always !!! And my children love to watch the guys " fix stuff" ...
and Tony & Fernando always take a moment to acknowledge the kids .

This place is not worth the stress. From front office staff to neighbors thundering footsteps. When it rains if you live on a ground floor your patio set literally floats away. Cheap construction. Theater room is only for show. Rude unprofessional staff. Guess the high turnover rate . some residents have already left. Looks good but please go elsewhere. For your monies worth.

I've lived in The Hamptons at Palm Beach Gardens for about 10 months now. I haven't had much to complain about because it is a brand new complex. The location is great and awesome pool that is always clean. But the downsides: 1.Our rent is going up $200/month after the first year! They haven't upgraded anything. This is just stupid. 2. They said there was going to be a dog park.. there isn't. I have a Lab puppy who needs the space that was listed when we signed the contract. 3. If I come home ...
after 9pm, there isn't a place for me to park unless I'm going to walk 5 buildings. 4. The staff is not that friendly.

My wife and I were relocating to the area and submitted an application to the hamptons in hopes of moving there. Our application was accepted but we had to pay $675 for a number of fees that seemed inconsequential at the time. We began researching and reading online reviews which turned out to be surprisingly negative. In fact, my wife called to inquire about the status of a few amenities and the leasing office was very rude to her even though we were prospective tenants. Luckily, we found our ...
dream home a week later and decided to cancel the lease, which hadn't been signed yet. However, the leasing office decided to keep our entire deposit even though $300 of it was contractually refundable. They used a cheap trick clause to claim that the $300 was damages due to lost rent, even though the term of our lease had not begun yet. While $300 is no reason to go to court, it is enough to write a scathing review...I'm happy to say we will not be moving there and won't have to deal with their antics as so many of our unfortunate peers. From what reviews on other sites claim, most tenants have decided to leave after their first year.
