Mold, Rodents and pests rule the neighborhood

This place is a nest for rodents, the issue is bad and out of control.
I have lived here since 2018 and I have seen it all and experienced all kinds of problems from roaches, bedbugs, and now rodents for the first time in all these years never seen an infestation this bad before.
They just keep making holes into the walls and nesting inside the stove and other areas of the building.
They are as big as a squirrel near every dumpster area there are huge holes.

The balconies are poorly built, lots of them had to be replaced but the project was never finished.
My balcony was partially remodeled, but not entirely and it does not feel safe to use it anymore because of the poor structure.
Now the complex is being managed by a new administration that seemed to try to get things together, but the issues are still there just piling up with no improvement.
