No help with barking dog
August 14, 2025The apartments are nice size and come with a garage. It’s a nice community. But not when you get a new neighbor whose dog barks and the management won’t do anything about it. I’m a dog lover, but when the owner leaves at 5:30 AM or 6 AM for work and the dog barks for 20 to 30 minutes, that’s not OK. I tried to work with them for months. The manager would not get on the phone to speak with me or meet with me in person at all. She would tell me via email that other people don’t hear it or that many ...dogs bark. This took place over more than eight months, and nothing was done, even though I provided recordings of the barking and copies of the lease that state that disturbances like that are not allowed. I had no problems there prior to this resident moving in, but unless you like being woken up at that time, stay away.Property Manager Responded

Wish we were still there
September 12, 2024Our stay at The Hamptons was only 14 months, but it has ruined us for other communities. The layout is so nice, the abundance of parking is fantastic, and the apartments are so quiet. I could barely hear our upstairs neighbors, but the sound was very faint. I never heard a peep from anyone on our floor. People are respectful of their neighbors and most are friendly. The maintenance team is amazing. Whenever I had an issue, they responded same day... usually within an hour or so. While the ...property is older, it is maintained well. We have moved to a brand new community 30 minutes north and it doesn't hold a candle to The Hamptons on Heron Bay. Rent is expensive, but it's comparable to other local communities that aren't as good.Property Manager Responded

February 11, 2023Our community here is clean, appealing and the apartments are spacious and appointed well. The only issue here is the Blue Stream Cable functionality that we are required to have for internet and cable service. Our internet/cable service was out 3 times this past week for hours at a time. For those of us who work remotely, the loss of the internet service puts our jobs in jeopardy. I hope this ongoing situation can be corrected as it is the ONLY issue with being in this community.Property Manager Responded

February 11, 2023From the moment we arrived at The Hampton’s we have been struck by the pristine preparation of our apartment and daily support in getting us settled in. The Management staff (Stefane, Melissa and Denise) have answered an annoying barrage of our questions with professionalism and assurances that the move will go well and we will be sooo pleased…it did and we are! The Maintenance Team is headed up by a perfectionist: Mr. Chris. It hurts my head to think about his knowledge of how things should ...work and he successfully strives to achieve that every time there is a need. Every little request has been met rapidly and with enthusiasm. Chris is an Ambassador of competency and we are very grateful for his hard work…it made ours so much easier.
