Awful - don’t be deceived
February 19, 2025It looks pretty on the surface but this place is cheaply built and the management company is SHADY. You will be charged exorbitantly after move out for common dirt and marks on walls. They do not clean in between tenants as a standard practice, rather “only clean on demand” meaning- if you and your parents don’t have professional level cleaning materials and tools they’ll “have to clean” because you didn’t and you’ll be charged $600.
