Love living here even more!
November 18, 2020My husband and I have been living here for more years than I can remember. The grounds are always beautiful especially being by the water. The pool is great and well kept. Prior to covid, they would host get togethers for people at the complex to meet one another and enjoy the different events they host. The new leasing manager Francesca is always there to help with a smile on her face. These times during Covid have been tough but she makes it easier on us knowing that she’s there to help with ...anything that we may need. She’s a person who not only cares about her job but the people who live here as well. It makes living here so much better.Property Manager Responded

Highly Recommend The Harbour Club
July 28, 2020I lived here for over 2 years. Great location, grounds are beautifully maintained. Apartments are large and quiet. Pool can't be beat during the summer. Our home away from home
May 16, 2019I lost my home due to Hurricane Sandy and needed a place to live while we were rebuilding our home. We came across the development which was able to give us a short term rental as well as it accepted our two cats. What we felt would be a short stay turned into 6 years. This development was a god send , our neighbors who are like our extended family were all amazing, the grounds are impeccable and we would joke that the landscapers lived there, we held my daughters graduation party in the ...Anchor room and everybody in attendance could not get over the grounds. The girls in the office both Danielle and Erika are great and such a pleasure to work with. We told all of our neighbors at the time to rent here while they were rebuilding and they all felt the same. The management goes out of their way to make the residents part of a community from the summer pool party to holiday parties in the clubhouse. We loved it so much that although we have a beautiful home to move into it was bittersweet leaving the place that we felt safe during a time of crisis in our lives. Excellent Apartment, but Terrible Management
August 4, 2018First off, the apartment complex are well kept and the maintenance staff was very helpful. In terms of maintenance there is one person in particular I want to make note of. George exemplifies work ethic and there is nobody who rises to an occasion more than George. However the new management that has taken over has been disappointing. When Stephanie was in charge, she was helpful and courteous and the place ran smoothly. However, when the new person arrived, Danielle, she seemed to lack the Sam ...candor and was not as helpful as the previous manager. March 23, 2018I currently live at the Harbour Club and have nothing negative to say. I live with my husband and two cats in the smaller apartment but our neighbors are quiet and nice. Maintenance is always willing to help. The pool area is like a resort. I noticed the older reviews and we were scared to move but, we do not have any negative experiences here. Even our friends moved in to one of the larger apartments. Absolutely Loved The Harbour Club
September 12, 2016I'm reading some of these negative reviews and just scratching my head. My wife and I lived in The Harbour Club for two years and cherished every minute of it. The maintenance staff could not get any better; they will literally come with a lightbulb and change yours if it goes out. The master bedrooms are huge and airy. Waking up in the morning and hearing the wildlife in the lake outside my apartment was a delight (it sounds like a rainforest). Not only that, Babylon Village is so close and, ...when we really had to, we would walk back home! We kept our little boat there and would use the pool after a day at Cedar Beach right across the bay. Oh, and there's great stores up the block — from Bed Bath & Beyond to the Looney Tunes vinyl shop. The only reason we left was because I took a job out east and the commute was too much. The Harbour Club is a nice place to live
August 13, 2015Constructed in the early 60s before prefab housing, these buildings are red brick with an old world feel. Management makes sure the buildings and grounds are well kept. The apartments have nice size rooms with plenty of closet and cabinet storage. There is an additional locked storage cage assigned to each apartment in the basement. The location couldn't be better. Just about an hour train ride to NYC and 20 minutes to the beaches.Review from Apartments.com
Great complex
February 10, 2014My wife and I decided to rent at the Harbour Club because the grounds are beautiful and love the neighborhod. Nice Place To Live
April 16, 2014I have lived at the Harbour Club for 10 years. I recently signed a new lease. The Office and Maintenance Staff always address any issues promptly.The grounds are well kept and the snow removal is great. The fee for the pool is worth the cost. They have a full time lifeguard and the pool is kept very clean. I never had a Mold problem or a bug problem. I also feel very safe here,.Review from Apartments.com
