The WORSE There simply aren’t enough words to describe how bad my experience with The Harbours has been.
I have had an ongoing AC issue since I moved in, and after countless visits, emails, and follow-ups, the problem still has not been resolved. Instead, I have been treated to an impressive series of theories about how air conditioning supposedly works.
At this point, I have learned more about HVAC physics than I ever intended to. Apparently, getting one bedroom to actually receive airflow is
...less of a maintenance issue and more of an advanced scientific discipline ! perhaps somewhere between aerospace engineering and rocket science.
The maintenance team keeps showing up, rotating vents, suggesting keeping doors open, explaining airflow theories, and essentially conducting what feels like a live scientific research project in my apartment.
Unfortunately, despite all this groundbreaking research, the actual AC still doesn't work properly.
The truly impressive part is that every new interaction seems to produce another theory, another email, or another proposed experiment but somehow never an actual resolution.
I rented a two-bedroom apartment expecting, rather reasonably, to be able to use both bedrooms as bedrooms. Apparently, that expectation was scientifically ambitious.
I am now patiently waiting for the next breakthrough in HVAC technology - preferably one that involves actually fixing the AC
