    We’ve really enjoyed our experience here. The building is beautiful,the staff is friendly,and the amenities are top-notch. From the rooftop views to the fitness center, everything feels thoughtfully designed.The apartments are modern,clean,and comfortable,with great attention to detail.The team is great and helpful, and the atmosphere feels upscale yet welcoming. Big shout-out to Manny! ?? The common areas are always spotless stylish, and everything in the neighborhood. My only small complaint is ...
    the parking situation. The gate occasionally malfunctions which not a huge deal on its own. However, the HELP LINE experience can be frustrating. The agents on the other end often don’t resolve the issue and sometimes even hang up. Considering the monthly fees we pay, the parking service could definitely be improved. Aside from that, it’s been an amazing place to call home. If The Harlo could make parking more convenient or affordable, it would easily be a five-star experience across the board.

    As has been the case for the last 5 years, things just keep getting better at the Harlo. I'm continually impressed by the diligence and foresight of management -- for example, installing a new leak warning system to avoid unnecessary situations that could be preventable. Management has also been very active in promoting social activities for its residents in an attempt to really make this a community. One thing to say is that it is on the expensive side to remain here, but with everything offered ...
    and the way the residents are taken care of, you really do get what you pay for. Hoping to remain here for a while longer, until at least I have to move out of state or something. Thanks Team!

    The Harlo is truly special. The team genuinely cares about residents, Manny at the concierge makes everyone feel welcome, and Sobner from maintenance always goes above and beyond. It’s rare to find a place that feels this much like home.

    I am a newer resident to this apartment, and it has been so smooth and easy. The amenities are lovely and anytime anything comes up, there is always someone to help. Melvin and Manny have been especially helpful and attentive at the front desk, they are great and always are willing to help and go above and beyond.

    I truly love living here at the Harlo. The events are nice and the staff very helpful. This is an ideal place for me because I walk to work (Longwood medical area). I recommend living here.

  • Best Option in Fenway

    My fiancé and I lived in the Harlo while we were working in the Longwood Medical Area. The staff was phenomenal and there were frequent community events that brought the tenant closer. The leasing office was also very helpful and I felt like they actually cared about tenants. If anyone is considering living in Fenway I would recommend this building without a doubt. Only cons were small closet space, especially for 2 people and small kitchen appliances.

    I’ve been living here for years, and it’s been a great experience. The apartment and common areas are always clean and well-kept, which makes a big difference. One of the things I appreciate most is how quiet the community is. it’s perfect for relaxing. Overall, it’s been a peaceful, comfortable place to live, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a calm and clean living environment

    Living here since 2018 has been an exceptional experience. The staff provide outstanding service, handling every request quickly and professionally, which gives me true peace of mind.     I’ve had a great experience at The Harlo so far. The leasing team was super flexible and helpful throughout the process, which made moving in very smooth. Manny and Melvin from concierge are always so nice and welcoming. The building itself is very quiet, modern, and extremely clean. I received my apartment in perfect condition, and everything has been well-maintained. Overall, it’s been a wonderful start here, and I’m very happy to call The Harlo my new home.
