December 11, 2025I've been living at the Harper since 2019 and it's maintained it's luxurious quality over time. It's a quiet community just 30 minutes from midtown Manhattan via 320 bus. November 25, 2025Consistent lack of communication between residents and "management" doesn't live up to the luxurious prices we pay for rent, amenities, and every other fee. It sometimes feels as though people are inept with handling difficult building issues,complaints, or creating proper protocols to prevent such issues. The past couple of years that has been a lack of upkeep with general common spaces -- broken furniture, appliances, and doors. Constant fire alarms due to residents opening doors when ...their apartments smokes up which later creates false alarms. When I moved in 2020 I had high hopes and was pleasantly pleased but a couple of years after things began to unravel despite costs increasing.Property Manager Responded

November 20, 2025I lived in this apartment for less a week and had a great experience. The building is well-maintained, and the management team was always responsive to maintenance requests. The location is perfect — close to public transit and grocery stores. The apartment itself had modern appliances and plenty of natural light. The building itself is modern, clean, and beautifully maintained — the lobby and common areas always look upscale, and the amenities like the gym, lounge, and rooftop space are genuinely impressive.
