April 15, 2026It's a nice place to live. Some people do not follow the rules about garbage and it's not enforced. Some people still break rules at the pool, not enforced. Pool has been very dirty and there are not enough lounge chairs at the pool.Review from Apartments.com

March 20, 2026I love living at the harper! It is a wonderful clean peaceful community. I can't wait for summer to hit so that i can use the outdoor pool! I live in a 2 bedroom apartment with my friend and we have been here for 6 months and it has been so great and I hope to live here for a very long time.Property Manager Responded

March 2, 2026So far I really like it. 4 stars for above satisfactory. 5 stars would be near perfect but I can nitpick a few things. Nitpick cons: package room makes you anxious, lol. It’s a mess at times. Some of the drawers aren’t aligned properly. Gym needs some updating with getting rid of some equipment while adding other equipment. The neighbor above me has the heaviest feet I’ve ever heard. Fire alarms are way too loud inside personal space apartment. Other than that I’m very happy with the complex ...and I’d have to say the office team is great especially Hope.Property Manager Responded
