Would be 5 but the parking situation is very frustrating. EV chargers are frequently broken or blocked by non-EV vehicles. Messaged a few months ago and was told that signs were being put up. This never happened. The other night I attempted to charge and 3/6 chargers were nonfunctional forcing me to leave early to pay for charging the following morning. I’ve tried calling the number on the charger multiple times but each time I have been informed that the owner is responsible for the upkeep of ...

It’s a gorgeous apartment, management is fantastic. My only complaint is something management can’t do anything about, which is the smell of the apartments and building. There are people from other cultures that cook traditional foods and the smell is strong and lingers. The smell takes over my whole apartment everyday and I’ve done all I can do with my apartment keeping it clean and smelling good. So far so good! Everyone is nice and helpful! During the move-in process, the staff was super helpful. Gave me a good tour of all of the property got to meet some of the maintenance individuals already had a maintenance request that they filed and completed but then a decent amount of days overall great experience so far.

It's a nice place to live. Some people do not follow the rules about garbage and it's not enforced. Some people still break rules at the pool, not enforced. Pool has been very dirty and there are not enough lounge chairs at the pool.
