September 25, 2025I feel like the property has gone down hill so much in the 2.5 years I've been here. I love my actual apartment, but the common areas (elevators, hallways, etc) are always so dirty, doors are broken, just overall disrepair. September 24, 2025Never received a formal renewal offer. Was told that the generic all-residents summer offer (renew by July 4th for 0% increase) *was* my renewal offer. Because of that, my lease was extended by two weeks based on when I gave notice. Now, I see in my resident account a formal renewal offer has been uploaded and back-dated to make it seem like I received a formal lease renewal notice. Very shady and slimy tactics. Congrats, you got an extra two weeks and thus $800-$900 out of me. Will be telling ...anyone who asks me to avoid the Harper at all costs. Plenty of other options in the area that don't drop the ball with renewals.Property Manager Responded
