March 5, 2025I enjoyed moving into Harper. The process was seamless. Brittany assisted me with every question I had and gave a detailed response. She even went above and beyond to show me a pre-view of the unit selected ensuring I was comfortable with the layout. I have worked with Alicia - as well who has done a wonderful job getting me into the unit on the move in date. March 1, 20253/5 Stars because overall, the unit itself is beautiful. For the amount of money we pay, we have no real amenities.. no playground, pool, pavilion, tennis court.. etc. Management changes like clockwork. It takes forever to actually get assistance when needed. The choices of food & grocery stores within a 2 mile radius suck. All in all, the entire experience is a 3.5/5 but the home itself is a 4.6/5 stars.Property Manager Responded
