Need a gate at the front of the community for safety and the Parking needs to be better need amenities and doggy bags need to be refilled. Trash around property needs to be cleaned up

"I love my apartment at The Harper at Trout River The location is perfect – just a short walk to the grocery store and restaurants, and the bus stop is right around the corner. well-maintained, and the management team is incredibly responsive. 3/5 Stars because overall, the unit itself is beautiful. For the amount of money we pay, we have no real amenities.. no playground, pool, pavilion, tennis court.. etc. Management changes like clockwork. It takes forever to actually get assistance when needed. The choices of food & grocery stores within a 2 mile radius suck. All in all, the entire experience is a 3.5/5 but the home itself is a 4.6/5 stars.
