July 23, 2025So far so good. I would kinda like the landscaping to look better around our place. We also lost our air for a few days, a week after we moved in & during this crazy heat, which wasn't fun. But maintenance and the manager was quick to respond and try to fix it. Only downfall about our community is there is nowhere for us as a community to enjoy our community except our garage! July 1, 2024The bad: Cleanliness upon moving into brand new unit was sub-par. Multiple areas of repair work needed indicating poor craftsmanship and fast production. A lot of bugs @ ground floor. The good: Small community with a good mix of majority young professionals. Mostly quiet. Nice landscaping, sidewalks, 2 years old, minimal traffic, dog friendly and nice finishes throughout.
