I want to like it here .. I love the location, and the layout of the apartment but my move in experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. To the apartment not being ready at move in time - which Christina did offer rent concessions on - to a roach issue.
There’s a dumpster fee and valet trash fee yet residents stack trash in the parking lots. Lease claims there’s a fine if caught yet it’s not being enforced. I’ve asked for a manager or district manager to reach out to me several times and ...

It’s disgusting, embarrassing and I believe the pest control issue is directly related to the trash bags in the parking lots daily.

So many reasons to tell you not to move here. Read the reviews about maintenance, I have had a bucket under my sink for weeks. Call the number, they won’t answer. Go in person, they say wait. Rent is still increasing and only one garbage not even in walking distance. So much wrong, move in and you’ll see.

The office never answer the phone. Always have roaches. Every time you renew the lease it's going to at least $150 more than what you paid last year. It take maintenance at least 3 months just to come to your apartment to fix anything. They always send you threatening letters. How they going to charge you. New property Management and all the have done is superficial maintenance. Don't waste your time or money. Moved in and there were roaches. Then drainage problems in bathroom. Then mosquito coming up from drain in spring. Floor boards and walls are separating leaving gaps from outside to inside. Now have sewage backing up into bath/ shower unit. Call them, put in maintenance request and am ignored. Horrible place.

I have NEVER lived in a worse place. Our ceiling started to leak during a big two day storm soaked my bed during the night. Our lease was close to ending so we asked to be switched to a ground floor apt and they said “well what if someone over fills the bath tub” ....really. It’s been two weeks and no one has made any attempt to fix the ceiling or contact us about moving to a ground floor. Our safety is NOT in their Interest what so ever. I’ve never been this stressed about a living arrangement ...
in my life. So unprofessional towards the tenets. It always smells like weed and the parking lots and hallways are always disgusting. The units are crowded and the rooms are set up awkwardly. Also the kitchen is extremely outdated and doesn’t come with a microwave. Also you have to pay to do your laundry so it’s about 10-12$ depending on how much you need to wash. Be careful the washers will RUIN your clothing. Every time I did laundry it either tore up my clothes or left giants stains on them. Please please please do not move here!!!

And my favorite perfect location it's convenient that I can drive around the corner food and almost everything I need. 15. Minuets from downtown 10 from the airport the pet fee monthly is a little to high $50 per month id like to see a more pet friendly complex. Overall great location good price
