I want to like it here .. I love the location, and the layout of the apartment but my move in experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. To the apartment not being ready at move in time - which Christina did offer rent concessions on - to a roach issue.
There’s a dumpster fee and valet trash fee yet residents stack trash in the parking lots. Lease claims there’s a fine if caught yet it’s not being enforced. I’ve asked for a manager or district manager to reach out to me several times and ...
no response.
It’s disgusting, embarrassing and I believe the pest control issue is directly related to the trash bags in the parking lots daily.
