May 14, 2025Lovely place to live! I love my apartment and my neighbors. Courtyard is so pleasant to spend time in and the amenities are wonderful. Staff is great including maintenance. If I had one suggestion, I would say we could use a couple of benches outdoors along the trail so when we walk our dogs or our kids, the ones that have them, we could take a little break now and then especially at the top by the Madison Building. I have been here since March of 24 and have enjoyed it immensely.Property Manager Responded

They are pleasant and respectful and take their shoes off when they come into my apartment. The maintenance guys don’t stop working until I’m satisfied and everything is working!!!!!
