This play is not safe! No security, everything is broken, privacy fence, elevator and the gym! The only thing they keep clean is the lobby, so it presents well during the tours to get you to move in this dump! Jessica the new property manager is so relaxed and nonchalant about the current tenants and the overall quality of living here, she only cares about the new tenants! Don’t be fooled by their antics and persuasive tactics! This place is far from luxury more like an upgrade NY projects! ...
