May 29, 2025I’m writing this review to share my honest experience as a resident in this building. Unfortunately, it has been marked by ongoing security issues and a growing sense of discomfort. We have had three bicycles stolen from the bike room. This clearly highlights serious security deficiencies in the building. In the past month, we’ve encountered intoxicated individuals in the elevator on three occasions, which has been both unsettling and concerning for our safety and that of our ...children. Additionally, we know of neighbors who have witnessed package thefts inside the building, which contributes to a general sense of insecurity in a place that should be safe for residents. March 19, 2025Living at the Hartley has been great, very convenient for our commute and everything we need is a short walk or drive away. Some neighbors are very nice and considerate, others less so, the amenities are great, a few issues still persist (middle of the night fire alarms, occasional parking garage issues) but overall a positive experience.Property Manager Responded

January 1, 2025The Hartley is a great place to live. It is very clean, safe, the amenities are great and well maintained, and the staff is friendly and responsive. My only issue is the amount of smoke you can smell for this to be a smoke free building. You can smell it in the hallways and when the windows are open.Property Manager Responded

November 19, 2024Turnover in concierges is telling. They were friendly and supportive. Units are not built well. I have cracks in the paint…again, I believe from the stomping of the upstairs neighbors. They are up all hours of the day and night. Woke up one night to water pouring through my ceiling lights in kitchen because of something they did . If you rent here, beware of leasing a unit in the back as the trucks for Whole Foods and to pick up trash are here for what feels like 24/7. Also beware that they ...expect you to buy rugs to mute the noise for the downstairs neighbors. I don’t think it works. Just poorly constructed.Property Manager Responded
