New to the building but enjoying the view and layout so far! The amenities are modern and it is near new fun spots in the neighborhood. Only downsides so far are that the ceiling seems to be thin and there isn't 24/7 package concierge.

Ive been living here for about 5 years and have no complaints. The building is very well-maintained and located in a super convenient area. The management team is responsive and professional. Great community feel to the building - made moving to a new city easy. Staff is responsive and kind, and does a good job of making sure you’re taken care of. Also the location is great - easy access to lots of places, and surrounded by good food, community spaces like parks, and accessible to the T and interstate.

Excellent Managed Building in Charlestown

I am so glad I chose The Harvey as a managed building in Charlestown - the staff are so friendly, personable, and supportive and the overall building atmosphere is great. Super clean, great gym/courtyard/community spaces, and love that the team puts on events every month. So glad I chose to move here!!

I have overall enjoyed my residence at the Harvey. The staff are exceptional. The environment is quiet and clean. I had a bad experience with a maintenance request, which was resolved. Overall my experience has been great.

Great experience living here. Reception is always welcoming! Maintenance is very quick to respond with issues. The complex is always clean. I would say the biggest issues will sometimes be the elevators not working or the Butterfly entrance not working.
