October 18, 2025New to the building but enjoying the view and layout so far! The amenities are modern and it is near new fun spots in the neighborhood. Only downsides so far are that the ceiling seems to be thin and there isn't 24/7 package concierge.Property Manager Responded

September 14, 2025Great community feel to the building - made moving to a new city easy. Staff is responsive and kind, and does a good job of making sure you’re taken care of. June 26, 2025Great experience living here. Reception is always welcoming! Maintenance is very quick to respond with issues. The complex is always clean. I would say the biggest issues will sometimes be the elevators not working or the Butterfly entrance not working.Property Manager Responded
