Didn’t do anything Submitted a service request around midnight and they marked it as in progress that same night. The next day I was there all day and no one came in or out. They then proceeded to mark as complete and resolved, even though I told them nobody came in or out. Then they have the audacity to ask me to review them. I’m giving them a one star review because they deserve zero.

Not enough parking I’m in building 2 Pl and there’s not enough parking anytime after 4 o clock. When you park on the side of the street there’s mud and dirt all over the entrance I’ve almost slipped and fell numerous times, especially in the rainy season.

Love this Complex! I have lived here for a year. I love this complex and the staff. The property is well taken care of. When I need something it has always been taken care of immediately. I also love that the policies are firmly enforced. The staff are so nice and helpful. I love the surrounding area as well. We are close to just about anything you could need or want. I highly recommend living here.

Well… Generally speaking I’ve had a good experience living here, but I’ve had trouble with maintenance and management. I’ve gotten a fee for trash outside that I had there for a few minutes within a week of Christmas. I tried explaining I was in a serious car accident, and just needed a minute so I could grab everything so I didn’t need to limp the trip to the dumpster twice. Still got a fee. Things like that have happened where management seems to not particularly care about their residents. ...
Maintenance overall is good- I’ve had a couple times where I think we misaligned, and it would be awesome if they gave us a call if we aren’t there. I work from home- so I’ve had to reschedule maintenance for not being there when I was. Not mad about that, just maybe a phone call would help.

Room for improvement. Lived here aboutt 3 years sometimes calls for service take a bit too long. Been left without A/C mid summer and not even a window unit was offered because all the ones they had were being used and didnt have any left. Ive also been complaining about making pest control mandatory and not upon request. Never had any roaches and had some people move in to 2 vacant aparments at the bottom and behind me and started seeing them. I requested pest control but they only sprayed they ...
