We have rooms available at **2323 NW Monroe Ave**. We offer a welcoming and caring atmosphere to grow in understanding faith. Plus, the location can’t get any better: across the street from OSU’s campus and near shops, restaurants, and public transit. Some spaces available immediately and others for summer or fall. **What we offer:** * Private rooms with shared common spaces (kitchen, living areas, laundry) - add a roommate of your choice and apply together to share a private room * A welcoming spiritual community where we live and grow together * Opportunities to serve one another through shared responsibilities and household chores * Weekly Bible studies, dinners and social events to build strong relationships This housing is perfect for men seeking to deepen their faith while living with like-minded individuals in a cooperative setting. We know you’ll find a peaceful place to call home here. **Details:** * Rent: $500 (shared bunk) to $800 (private) per month. Prices in between. * Utilities increase rent by $125/mo including water, gas, electricity, internet, and trash. * $55 per month (contribution to joint food and weekly dinners) * Deposit: equal to total rent * Off-street Parking (optional): $300 annual fee * Lease end date options are June 30 or Aug 31 * Square footage of private rooms: 113-295 sq ft * No smoking, alcohol, or drugs allowed Interested?
