March 8, 2026We enjoy the amenities of the community. It appears that some things are being overlooked that used to be consistently kept up with. Simple things as empty propane, can't get ahold of office staff, and the paved areas are cracking/unlevel around the cul-de-sac. The maintenance staff is extremely friendly. January 5, 2026Ok place to live. Management has been sub par with cleanliness of the buildings, and resident events have gone down hill. There was no holiday party this year. All the pool furniture is broken and moldy and disgusting. They did brunches this past year only but no one can go because its during the week and the middle of the day.The rent is very high and there should be better amenities, events, and communication. December 23, 2025I been living at the Haven for 6 years now. Everyone is very friendly, . The staff are amazing. Any questions are addressed. Maintenance is wonderful. Security patrols the complex.
