Friendly and respectful. residents. Staff are very helpful and friendly. It is a perfect location. Property is well taken care of. Neighbors are pretty quiet. Maintenance staff are absolutely wonderful.

The place is great, the community is nice, and the amenities are mostly good. However, management is impossible to deal with — they aren’t ever there on time or at the end of the day regardless of still being “open” and they don’t answer the phone or get back to any messages or requests of service. The computers and lights are always on and they leave resident info up on the screens 0/10 office — maintenance team is pretty good but the really good ones leave because of the office.

We enjoy the amenities of the community. It appears that some things are being overlooked that used to be consistently kept up with. Simple things as empty propane, can't get ahold of office staff, and the paved areas are cracking/unlevel around the cul-de-sac. The maintenance staff is extremely friendly. Over the winter they did a good job of removing of the snow.

Ok place to live. Management has been sub par with cleanliness of the buildings, and resident events have gone down hill. There was no holiday party this year. All the pool furniture is broken and moldy and disgusting. They did brunches this past year only but no one can go because its during the week and the middle of the day.The rent is very high and there should be better amenities, events, and communication. Oh also the call system is broken and never fixed.
