    Ok place to live. Management has been sub par with cleanliness of the buildings, and resident events have gone down hill. There was no holiday party this year. All the pool furniture is broken and moldy and disgusting. They did brunches this past year only but no one can go because its during the week and the middle of the day.The rent is very high and there should be better amenities, events, and communication. Oh also the call system is broken and never fixed.

    I been living at the Haven for 6 years now. Everyone is very friendly, . The staff are amazing. Any questions are addressed. Maintenance is wonderful. Security patrols the complex. Landscaping is the best. Close to everything. If you are looking for a place please check out the haven at cranberry woods

    Loved how quickly the team cleared all the snow when the storm picked up, and absolutely love the Christmas cheer in the building. The decorations are top tier.

    I'm not thrilled with the new billing system. It went from something that was easy to use to a system that is very convoluted. If you look at the one system Conservice, it doesn't list the payments that were made. Looking at Conservice it almost indicates that I am two months behind in rent when I know I already paid for it. Then we are forced to use another system Bilt rewards to pay rent which doesn't communicate rent payment to Conservice.

    Pros- the maintenance staff are friendly. Or is conveniently located to the interstate, shopping and restaurants. Cons- I think your rent should be locked in for as long as you live here. I don't think it's fair it goes up every year!

    Living at the Haven has been a great experience! The amenities, such as the pool, gym, and club house are fantastic to utilize. Maintenance is quick to respond to issues and the leasing staff are incredibly kind and diligent. Would recommend to anyone looking to live in the Cranberry area.

    So far ,really great. It has been such a hot summer and my apt. has been very cool and comfortable. I love looking out at the pool and seeing the fire pit in use. I anticipate when the weather is cooler I will be out more walking with the other residents.
