The heavens are not a good apartment at all
December 30, 2024I don’t like this place because 1 they get the mail then send it back they are no help they are very disrespectful they talk about their apartments tenants I would not recommend they say no smoking rooms I been smelling smoke for 3 years living here made a complaint and they did nothingReview from Apartments.com
Disappointed
May 29, 2024Never trust!! After sending the application to their email in 21th as what Brittnie told me I waited around 3 days then called them and they say we didn't work on the application yet, then they start working on the application and told me I can move in 24th, today is 29th which is the date that I should move out from my current apartment and still calling them no answer or no updates. I went to their office, Brittnie says I'll let you know at 1 PM, then no answer till the next day. After 8 days ...they said we can't move forward (my record is clean and no problem at all).
