I’ve lived here now for about 6 months, & I’ve loved it. It’s in a great location on Hwy 280 (which for me is personally perfect because my job is less than 3 miles away) There’s grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations, department stores, basically just anything & everything you would want or need is not going to be too far away. The price is impossible to beat, being a sits just one payment & all utilities, power, etc. is all included in that one monthly payment. There’s two gas stations that ...
are literally within walking distance without having to cross the road on hwy 280. It’s quiet, no loud or rude neighbors. There is a pool, a fire pit, a laundromat, & a small gym. The manager is also the nicest guy ever. I honestly just cannot say enough good things about this place, & I’m extremely grateful to be able to call it my own.

I've lived here through the change in Managers, and I can honestly say the property has come a long way. Quincy and his team have done a great job cleaning up the grounds, improving landscaping, and staying on top of maintenance issues.

After sending the application to their email in 21th as what Brittnie told me I waited around 3 days then called them and they say we didn't work on the application yet, then they start working on the application and told me I can move in 24th, today is 29th which is the date that I should move out from my current apartment and still calling them no answer or no updates. I went to their office, Brittnie says I'll let you know at 1 PM, then no answer till the next day. After 8 days ...
they said we can't move forward (my record is clean and no problem at all). Just don't rely and trust them!
