These apartments would be so much nicer if there wasnt a roach infestation. The upkeep of the property is poor, the contractor that cleans the buildings does a horrible job. The rental office staff has poor communication. No central air, AC units are built into the wall. And they have a funky smell, filters aren’t changed. Neighbors are loud and don’t abide by the quiet hours. Seems to be only one maintenance man for the whole property.

I took a tour of this property after I saw some beautiful pictures of the community on Apartments.com. The pictures were almost to good to be true, so I had to take a look for myself! I called the leasing office and Eli, the property manager had was able to give me a tour that day! He showed me the new business center with new computers and printers as well as the brand new fitness center which was completed a few weeks ago. The space is beautiful and it is open to all residents at no extra ...
