Not worth it
March 10, 2020The leasing office is not friendly at all. The people who sit at the desk always appear to have attitudes or your bothering them with concerns! Response time to anything Involving a discrepancy in payments is extremely delayed! And Not looked at as a priority! The grounds behind the apartment where my patio is consistently has trash and garbage and debris floating around.! Extremely overpriced for the area! Not worth it!! October 16, 2019Overall good place to live. Apartments are nice and maintenance responds quickly to requests. The hub is very convenient for packages. The pool is maintained well. However, the property manager in the front office can be rude and condescending, and I did not feel she listened to my concerns or cared about my experience living here.Property Manager Responded

Great place to live!
April 2, 2019Great place to live! I have been here for 7 years. I plan on staying for many more to come. I have had some bumps in the road but I can honestly say that Lee Ann and Mark (manager and maintenance) have bent over backwards to fix any problems that came up. They really do care about the residents happiness and comfort. The grounds are nice and the apartments are nice. This is a professional community and it is safe. The manager, Lee Ann, is always willing to talk to you and the maintenance never ...blows you off if you have a concern. Sometimes I feel like I am living in a house not an apartment because it has all the comforts of home. This really is the best place I have found to live and it is close to Meijer and the freeways. The cost is a bit pricey but it's worth it when you have such good people looking out for you. Thanks for all your hard work and dedication to my happiness! -MDProperty Manager Responded

Stay away
October 9, 2016They are overpriced, they let the interiors of the buildings go, and they replaced their whole staff with a bunch of new people who are not at all as friendly as the last group. On top of that, being FOUR days late with my rent one time in the year I've been here ( my elderly father passed away and I had to help with expenses) an eviction notice was mailed to me. Find a friendly, community-oriented apartment complex somewhere else folks!Review from Apartments.com
Love it here
August 10, 2015This apartment complex looks like something out of New England. It's gated and well-kept. The pool is a resort-style pool, the clubhouse and other sports amenities are beautiful. It truly is like living in a resort. The staff is helpful and friendly, and the complex is pet-friendly. It's lovely here.Review from Apartments.com
