horrible experience
December 18, 2025I applied for a unit 11/25 approved 12/15Gave 12/18 move in date . Communication was poor the whole time. Can’t talk to anyone. Barely get an email. I went today apartment smells as if the previous renters just left . Didn’t smell clean . No welcome letter no instructions. Unit didn’t look like online . Lady who I met with seemed very confused. She had only been there a day . I canceled that lease immediately. No money was given.Property Manager Responded

Terrible management
March 19, 2025The manger is impossible to get a hold of. I’ve been getting charged for things that I don’t have and extra fees. I have been trying to get a hold of her and when I do she canceles our meetings.Property Manager Responded

Not a safe place, not worth the price
August 1, 2019This place may seem quiet and tucked away but please take this warning. Do not move here! Cars are consistently being stolen and broken into, both in the resident parking and on the street. It’s also not uncommon to see cars totaled from hit and runs on Miramar. Management is well aware of the issue but they refuse to hire security and will continue to raise your rent. It is considered unincorporated so there is no police presence, unless you call after an incident occurs. They are slow to fix ...things and the manager is extremely unreliable. If it were dirt cheap it might be worth the hassle but I strongly advise against this property.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

August 31, 2015These apartments are very affordable and management has been pretty helpful. a few things I would like to improve is a better form to make adding money to you laundry card. many people work 9-5 so its difficult to do it during management hours. Gret view of the bay area!!! apartments are a good size. Have lived here for 3 years and do not have many complaints!Review from Apartments.com
