October 31, 2022I don't regularly write reviews, but in the case of The Heights @ Yarrow, I feel I need to make an exception. Just a few items that potential renters should know: 1. If you don't mind renter's moving in at midnight on a weekday; 2. If you don't mind renter's performing their own personal concerts from the 3rd floor balcony (music complimentary); 3. If you don't mind calling (and texting) the leasing office and leaving messages without any response... 4. Great location poor management
September 15, 2022I toured last week and felt instantly like we weren't wanted. The manager was on the phone with a coworker I can assume by the language and eye rolls, she wasn't warm, cut us off when we had questions and just made us feel like we were inconveniencing her. It took me 2 weeks to finally get someone to respond so I was looking forward to the tour but that was not it. Poor person on the other line...Review from Apartments.com
