June 9, 2025I’ve lived here now for a little over two years and recently transferred from one unit to another. The team is quick to resolve most issues and Steven, who helped us initially, took a lot of effort to get to know us and is always so kind and supportive. Maintenance is mostly on top of it. when we moved in to our new unit, the freezer didn’t work, the icemaker didn’t work, the dryer didn’t work, the water heater wasn’t plumbed correctly, there were large holes in the walls, the doors didn’t ...lock, the screen was damaged, and a garage panel is damaged. The kitchen was also never cleaned, and in general the apartment was not in “move in ready “condition. All that said, the majority of these items were repaired quickly, the only open frustration I have, is that we lost an entire refrigerator full of food, including meat. When I asked the assistant manager, if there was any opportunity for a credit, since we lost everything due to the disrepair of the freezer, she said there was nothing they could do. The move out process of our last place was fairly easy, I will say that as far as a transfer is concerned, they made it fairly stainless for us. In our years here we have worked with a lot of the maintenance staff, Gus and Robert are always top-notch, and we’ve gotten to know Albert recently who also seems fantastic. The layouts of the apartments at the Heights are excellent, which is why we’ve stayed for so long. The only feedback I would share about apartment layouts is the incredibly inconvenient locations of the fireplaces.Property Manager Responded
