February 24, 2026Apartment is okay at best, the trash valet service misses days often, the security gate to enter has been non functioning for over 6 months and there is pet waste outside frequently. There is also serious noise issues as speakers will often blast music during day and night hours that is very intrusive. The package room often just does not organize packages or properly notify residents of receiving them, leaving you to sort manually through countless packages in a tight room looking for yours. ...Units are inexplicably missing ceilings lights in bedrooms and a handful of power outlets just don’t work. Elevators malfunction frequently, randomly taking you to a wrong floor and pausing for minutes at a time.Property Manager Responded

February 4, 2026Everything is good except the lift is not working i am living on top floor. I was not informed about lift not working when I moved in. After a few days it stopped working and I was told it wouldn’t work until next year. I moved in November 2024. Its 2026 now and the lift is still not working.Property Manager Responded
