March 27, 2026I really love living at The Heights at Legend Hills. It's a great community with fantastic amenities. There's a trail right next to it that is great for walking or riding a bike. Really the only thing I would say is that there isn't any sort of bike racks or bike storage and you're not allowed to store your bikes on your balcony. So they have to be stored inside your apartment. Which is not great.Review from Apartments.com

January 6, 2025This apartment has been the best possible situation for my family. My partner and I share a 2 year old son and a golden retriever. Although we hope some day to own a home of our own, Legend heights has made their apartment and community feel like home. It doesn’t even feel like a rental. I feel relaxed and refreshed living here. I feel safe all the time. All the neighbors are respectful and kind. The apartment buildings are so clean. Amenities are amazing, and the management is top tier.
