I really love living at The Heights at Legend Hills. It's a great community with fantastic amenities. There's a trail right next to it that is great for walking or riding a bike. Really the only thing I would say is that there isn't any sort of bike racks or bike storage and you're not allowed to store your bikes on your balcony. So they have to be stored inside your apartment. Which is not great.

The Heights is an absolutely stunning and beautiful property! The office staff are amazing and so helpful and just fun to be around. Maintenance is so patient and great at communicating and solving issues, big or small. Very professional property but also very cozy and feels just like home!

This apartment has been the best possible situation for my family. My partner and I share a 2 year old son and a golden retriever. Although we hope some day to own a home of our own, Legend heights has made their apartment and community feel like home. It doesn’t even feel like a rental. I feel relaxed and refreshed living here.
